Rhodes Trips offers selected sightseeing rides and travel experiences in Rhodes, together with an enquiry-first Trips Abroad section for organised travel ideas outside Rhodes. Sightseeing rides may be bookable online where availability and pricing are shown. Trips Abroad pages are presented for information and declaration of interest only, unless a specific departure is later confirmed with separate details.
3. Booking Confirmation & Payment
A sightseeing booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully completed and a confirmation email has been issued. Payments are processed securely through supported payment providers such as Viva Payments. Rhodes Trips does not store full card details on its own systems. Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and may vary depending on the ride, date, pickup location, number of guests, inclusions, or other service details.
4. Customer Information
You are responsible for providing accurate booking or enquiry details, including your full name, email, phone number, pickup location, number of guests, selected date, and any special notes. If a service cannot be performed because information was incorrect, incomplete, or misleading, Rhodes Trips may treat the case as a late cancellation or no-show, depending on the circumstances.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Travel plans can change, and we will always try to help where possible. Changes and cancellations must be requested as early as possible through our contact details. Refund eligibility depends on the specific ride, timing of the request, operational commitments, third-party costs, and the terms shown during booking or in the confirmation email. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. No refund is due for no-shows, very late cancellations, abusive behaviour, or cases where the service cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect essential information.
6. Pickup, Timing & No-Show
Guests are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup point and time. If you cannot find your driver, guide, or meeting point, you must contact us immediately using the phone or WhatsApp details provided. Leaving the pickup point without contacting us, arriving too late, or failing to appear may be treated as a no-show.
7. Inclusions, Exclusions & Third-Party Costs
Each ride or trip page may describe what is included and what is not included. Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party admissions, museum or attraction tickets, meals, drinks, personal expenses, optional activities, tips, and travel insurance are not included. Some experiences may depend on third-party availability, weather, traffic, port conditions, venue opening times, or other operational factors.
8. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
Rhodes Trips may refuse, cancel, or terminate a service if a guest behaves in an abusive, unsafe, threatening, intoxicated, unlawful, or disruptive manner, or if continuing the service would create a safety, legal, or operational risk. In such cases, no refund may be due.
9. Force Majeure & Operational Changes
We are not responsible for delays, changes, disruption, or inability to perform a service caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, strikes, road closures, traffic restrictions, port or airport disruption, natural disasters, government measures, safety concerns, or other extraordinary circumstances. Where appropriate, we may offer an alternative arrangement or refund according to the specific case.
10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, copy content without permission, or use the website in a harmful or unlawful way. Text, images, design, logos, and other website materials belong to Rhodes Trips or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
