Who Do I Contact if I Need to Make a Change?

Can I Cancel My Booking?

Yes. Transfer bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For sightseeing rides, cancellation may require at least 48 hours’ notice, depending on the service. For any cancellation request, please contact us as early as possible.
