Can I Cancel My Excursion and Get a Refund?

Yes, you can cancel an excursion under our standard cancellation policy. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the tour, a 50% refund is issued. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows. All changes or cancellations must be requested by phone.
