You can book your excursion directly through our website by selecting the desired tour, date, number of participants, and filling in your personal details. Once payment is completed, your booking is confirmed and you’ll receive an email with all the necessary information.

What Is Included in the Excursion Price?

Each excursion clearly states what’s included in the price — such as transport, guide services, entrance fees, or meals — depending on the tour. Please check the description of each tour for detailed inclusions before booking.

Can I Cancel My Excursion and Get a Refund?

Yes, you can cancel an excursion under our standard cancellation policy. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure. If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before the tour, a 50% refund is issued. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows. All changes or cancellations must be requested by phone.

What Personal Details Are Required When Booking an Excursion?

We ask that you provide your full name, father’s name, contact number, and ID or passport number, along with the number of participants and any special requests such as dietary needs or accessibility assistance.
